We use gemstones throughout our collection in everything from our special edition 18k gold high jewelry designs to our sterling silver and gold everyday birthstone necklaces. These gemstone necklaces feature emeralds, sapphires, rubies, tourmalines and so many other stones. The list goes on. The more precious gemstones like blue sapphires, emeralds and rubies will be found in our 18k gold collections.
